Below are a few questions that we are asked frequently by new clients. If you don’t see the answer to your specific questions below, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email or phone. We are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

What is Virtual Business Support?

Virtual business support provides remote business management, administrative, and other types of services a client may require in the support of their business.

What type of tasks can you help with?

What industries do you serve?

We best serve therapists in the mental health industry. However, we are open to supporting other businesses in the Health and Wellness industry as well. 

How much does it cost to hire a VA?

We offer packages based on the number of Therapists in your practice. However, we can customize your package based on your specific needs. Check out our Pricing page to see our different packages and minimum level of engagement. 

Do you require a long term contract?

We do require a signed agreement for all VA services, but it will be on a month-to-month basis. You are free to cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.

Can I add services to my contract?

Yes, services can be added to the contract, but the pricing will change accordingly.

Do you offer live Phone Support?

No, we do not offer live phone support services. However, we check voicemails and return calls within 24 hours Monday thru Friday. 

Do you offer Email Support?

Yes. We offer daily email support and management. All client inquires will be responded to on the same day or within 24 hours Monday thru Friday.

What EHR systems are you familiar with?

We’re familiar with Simple Practice, Therapy Notes, Therapy Appointment, Practice Fusion, and My client Plus. However, we learn quickly, so we will be able to adapt to whatever system you use.

What other Software Technologies do you use?

We utilize tools that will help us to stay organized and efficient at all times. For example, instead of sending countless emails, we use Slack for quick and direct communication. To organize and manage our tasks, we use Clickup. Based on what your needs are, we will always focus on using the best tools to help you stay efficient! 

Do you provide support on the weekends?

No, we do not provide VA support on the weekends. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
